With new PS, power button doesn't turn computer on normally.

Looking for ideas ... got a new power supply, which works great, EXCEPT that when I shut down normally, pressing the power button doesn't turn the computer on. I've found that I have to unplug the power supply, plug it back in, and THEN pressing the power button turns the computer on. Bad PS? Just get used to it? Any ideas?

Thanks for the response. The new one is a Coolmax ZX Series 700w. It's SLI, 80+, designed for gaming, and better than the 570w or whatever I had in there, but I just worry about the powering on thing. I've never had an issue like this, so it seems odd to me.
