i have asrock h87pro, there is some thingy on the back of it, i guess it is backplate. i have new cooler [scythe ninja 3] that comes with backplate. Should i remove motherboard 'backplate' and then install cooler backplate, or am i suposed to putit over that motherboard backplate thingy. back of motherboard picture http://i59.tinypic.com/ipqsmd.jpg
