What GPU's Would Fit My Motherboard and work with my PSU?

So I'm using a Inspiron 620 PC right now and I've finally found out my motherboard and PSU. Now that I know my PSU I want to know what GPU's would fit onto the motherboard and work with the PSU. I would really like to avoid updating my PSU if that's ok. If the cards could play games like Battlefield 3, maybe 4? L4D2, Various CODS, Portal 2, Smite, Payday 2, DayZ, etc that would be excellent. (I'm not worried about crazy graphics as long as I can play them on medium graphic settings with good frames.)

Current Specs
Motherboard: Dell 0GDG8Y Motherboard
PSU: Stock 300 Watt
Current GPU: Intel(R) HD Family
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)i3-2120 CPU @3.30GHz 3.30GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Budget: $150 I can go over a little

  1. Before you get a new graphics card, get rid of that PSU.It's way too weak. You should also consider getting a better motherboard since that one is ancient, but you don't *need* to do that for a new graphics card. You can fit a single gpu on that motherboard, it doesn't matter which.

Its the only card I can recommend on that low wattage PSU to play the games you listed. It wont require an external 6 pin connector.
