Yes, it will. All compatible. But is there any reason why you're getting a GT 610? Is it a media box? The integrated graphics should be more than enough for most people.

If this is a gaming setup, you've selected a very bad card. The GT 610 is little more than an integrated graphics replacement. Get something like the GTX 750 Ti (~$150) or a GTX 760 (~$240) for good game performance.

And if you're buying a non-overclockable chip, don't get such an expensive liquid cooler. It's overkill. Even the stock cooler will do fine. If you want to, you could get a Hyper 212 EVO for cheap (~$25-$30).

Oh ok thanks and the video card actually came with the case I realized it was no good from the start. I'm gonna get a higher wattage psu as well. I found that h77 with a non "k" version won't overclock no matter what. And thanks for suggesting what card to get I was looking into a 750ti.

No problem. Just so you know though, to overclock, not only do you need a K series processor, but you need a Z series board (chipset must be Z77, Z87, Z97, etc. depending on CPU generation). But the H77 is all you need.
