will my video card run asus 144hz monitor?

what do you mean it wont get anywhere near 144fps? if youre talking about the games im playing, I mainly using it for csgo and get 200+fps with it.

I don't know what settings you are running, resolution etc or what 144hz panel you are talking about the vg248q or pg278q. I'm going to guess you are currently running less than 1080 as benchmarks for csgo put that at around 130fps with the 7770. if you intend to use a 1440p panel the cards 1gb vram is insufficient. even at 1080 1gb is lacking I would advise you to not buy this card and opt to save a few more dollars and get at least a 7870/7950, / r7,r9 card

If you even dip below 120fps you will experience frame lag after your eyes has adjusted to a 144hz monitor (I own the asus one).
I have a GTX 770 and have trouble in some games keeping up with the 144hz. 1st world problems
