PLEASE READ THREAD BEFORE COMMENTING THANK YOU!

So I have the chance to buy a used MSI 290x for 400$ and I intend to build a new rig based off of it but it was used for mining at one point but he did say the card still HaS factory and the box with all the insides. I'm going to attach 2 links one describing the conditions it was used under and a picture of the card it self. I am going to meet up with the guy tmrw and he said he would have a test bench to show me that it works.. What tests should I have him run with the card and is there anything else I should ask him to do with the card.. Any suggestions opinions or otherwise are encouraged thanks guys hope you can help me out.

"Burn-in" is the process by which components of a system are exercised prior to being placed in service (and often, prior to the system being completely assembled from those components).

The card must simply take the test without hanging, crashes, glitches, artifacts. If the seller shows you a test of 30min on high settings and test says 0 errors and finished OK. Card is OK.
I personally wouldnt ever recommend used cards, especially those used for mining. Its up to you, him offering to do benches etc is a very good plus though.
His 2 week policy is also good, and the card appears to be treated well. I personally wouldnt pick up a used card. But thats my personal policy. If you are comfortable with a used card, this sounds like the safest bet.

Ok I think I'm gonna go see what he has to offer I mean saving 200$ is kind of a big deal and MSI is usually pretty reliable in their build quality for stuff I'm gonna search for some benchmark references before I go see him and if they are not around or close to them I'll just walk it doesn't hurt to look right?! If you guys could help my search for the benchmarks thatd be appreciated I'll keep you posted to let you know what I end up doing
