Does anyone know if there's a way to make the case power led (which is connected to the Asus board) stop blinking during standby and just stay off? I think this is a problem with all Asus boards but I'm not sure.

Well, I was hoping there was a BIOS option like there is for the ASRock boards to stop the blinking or any other light during sleep and hibernation, but there is not. For ANY of the ASUS boards I looked at BIOS options for. Shame on ASUS, as I found about sixty threads related to this issue complaining about this very same thing. Obviously, it can be done, as ASRock has the option to shut the led's off, so it's just a choice not to include this option with their BIOS. Looks like either black tape or a sharpie, or just unplug the led from the MB. I don't really see why it would have to be plugged in.
