Looks like a nice budget build. You could lower the price on your GPU by getting a r9 270 (one with 1280 stream processors). Sapphire probably sells the cheapest ones as far as I'm aware. The main difference with the two (assuming same number of stream processors) is that the r9 270 uses less power than the other, so you'll most likely have lower peak clocks and maximum overclocks.

With the ram, I suggest just going with the cheapest RAM you find. As long as it's minimum cas9 1600Mhz, then you'll be fine.

from my country this is the cheapest ram kit i could find at 85 euros then theres the corsair vengence at 89 euros . And about the gpu i didn't uunderstand . Which is better the 270 or 270x
