I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-S500 which I use for my job, and I need to take pictures with it, and download them to my Windows 7 Home Premium PC for processing, but although when I open the Windows Photo Gallery, it does recognize the attached camera, it always comes back saying, "No Photos or Videos Found On Device"??
I KNOW for a fact that there are photos on the camera in storage, but Windows refuses to find them for some reason, and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong here....
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!!

You may need download and install the driver/software from sony to view the pictures. http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=DSCS500...

I believe I already have these drivers as they were installed upon connecting the camera to the PC immediately, and the Photo Gallery application does recognize the camera is attached, but will not find any files on it to import....
