Hey all I had a quick question regarding my motherboard's compatiblity and the kind of Ram I want to get...So I decided to go with a Asus Z97-P, but when I went to check the compatibilty for memory either the code wasn't the same or it wasn't there...I intend to get the G.Skill Ares (Blue) 16gb

If anyone has this board or combo could you tell me if it works? If you don't though do you think it would work ok? Any help I'd greatly appreciate thanks!

It would most likely work. Motherboard manufacturers can't test all the ram in the world.

You'll be fine as long as the freq of the set you're looking at can be carried by your CPU of choice. Most of the better CPUs for 1150 can carry 1866 fairly easily, but a Celeron or Pentium may not and may be limited to 1600
