Is the MSI B85M-P33 MOBO good? 650 budget build.

Hey,

I've been wondering if the B85M-P33 is a good motherboard for a budget build, it sits at 57USD and works for the rest of the build.

Is MSI making good mobos? Also, can i use Kingston HyperX 4x2GB 1600MHz ram with it?

MSI makes bad mobo at that price range except for socket FM2/FM2+
ASRock and Gigabyte both make very good intel boards for the price
