Best computer for 400-500$

Hello guys im on a strict budget and i would like to know if you guys could suggest me a 400-500$ computer that can game and work. I have a laptop that keeps freezing and cant watch hd and im getting 105mbps internet so i want so good hardware. I need a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Backlit keyboard i would like and a good ips monitor 23 inch is perfrebale. I can make it around a 590-630$ max before tax and shipping. Thanks.

Between Windows, a backlit keyboard, and a good IPS monitor, you're only really leaving about $250 for the computer itself. Frankly, I'd reconsider your priorities; it's hard enough to make a good computer for gaming when all of that $500 is going towards it.
