The only concern I have is that those old chips sometimes are expensive to get.

There will be some bottleneck on the modern games. In older games there will be less bottleneck. I advice you to replace your CPU as soon as possible as is obsolete for this time.

Give us a budget for motherboard + CPU and desired usage.

Gpu SAPPHIRE ATI 7790 2GB DDR5 128BIT(im using Gtx 210 i bought 7790 yesterday but worried if there any problem if i using it)
Cpu Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6550@2.33GHz(i think i should change this cpu)
