Are these case fans good for my case?

I am looking to get these fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553001&cm_re=cougar_vortex-_-35-553-001-_-Product.

I have a bitfenix ronin case with tight fan grills do you think this is a good choice? I also will be using these fans as exhaust and intakes.

Cougar fans do push quite a bit of air. I would personally go with there PWM 4 pin fans over there 3 pin fans like the one you have linked. The 4th pin allows for for a lower RPM. Personally I moved away from the Cougar fans they had a little bit of a whine to them that I didn't care for and I went with Noctua/Corsair fans.
