why are people recommending seasonic for psu? is it better than corsair? or what?

my pc spec is

cpu:amd fx 8350 turbo 4.2ghz (would it bottle neck with my crossfire gpus?)
gpu:crossfire sapphire r9 280x oc
mb:sabertooth 990fx r2.0
ram:g.skill 4x4gb
case:CMstorm enforcer (CM 2x 120mm red led)
cpu cool: corsair h80 liquid cooling
hdd:1x 1tb and 1x 500gb seagate

the truth is i dont know if i just need 750w or 850w for my pc but anyway. (is 750w enough or i really need 850w?)

i am deciding if i would buy Seasonic (X850) X-series, 850watts 80Plus Gold or Corsair RM 850watts (RM850M) 80Plus Gold, Fully Modular (which is cheaper than seasonic by a little)

i need advice thanks

Seasonic is the gold standard for PSU design and performance.

Many PSU retailers such as XFX, Corsair, Antec, and Thermaltake don't actually manufacture the products that are marketed under their brands. It's generally considered one of, if not the, best PSU manufacturers because of the quality of the components and construction, and their reliability. There's a lot of PSUs being sold under other big-name brands that are actually made by Seasonic under contract.

In some cases, PSUs manufactured under contract may be strikingly similar to PSUs manufactured and sold by the OEM directly. For example, see if you can spot the differences between the Corsair AX850 and the Seasonic X-850. Aside from some very small differences in branding and cable configuration, they are identical inside.
