I bought DDR 2xKingston Hyper-X KHX1600C9D3/4G and installed to my old ASUS P7P55-LX motherboard to upgrade my PC, I can configure everything in BIOS but when the PC run Windows start up and it stopped. It is the same problem with others 1600Mhz DDR3 but it works well with DDR3 1333Mhz.

I don't understand what happened, please guide me to fix this problem
Thank you very much

Could be the memory controller on your CPU is messed up, as the CPU is what actually controls the RAM. A slight power increase to that aspect of the CPU might help it. Not sure though.

May need an OC on the CPU along w/ additional DRAM and MC (memory controller) voltage

Don't worry about what the CPU support is. Every CPU I have seen is able to run at higher speeds for RAM than they are rated.

However if the RAM isn't working stable at 1333Mhz or 1600Mhz and the other settings stock, you should get a tool called Memtest that runs off USB drives and will check the RAM and see if it stable or not. The RAM could be defective or have gone bad if its been in use for a long time.

What BIOS is on it, because thats up to 1202. A few of them fix ram compatibility
