How much years do you give it before it needs any hardware updates.
Also what do you think about the build should there be any changes?

I know it is complete overkill for this monitor but I got used to it-NOTE: I WON'T BE UPGRADING!

Yeah but considering my monitor,I was saying that it was overkill FOR my monitor.

Will probably upgrade it in 4-5 years, but how much you think it could last now?
Or you can recomend a new build in range of 980 euros.
I haven't ordered anything yet so there is plenty of room for change.

it shouldnt have an issue lasting 4-5 years with that monitor resolution.

I built my i5-3470 almost two years ago and since there has been nearly no progress CPU-wise since, I would expect it to be good enough (for me) for at least another three years.

People who need all the processing power they can get generally know who they are. For most of the rest, upper-mainstream chips like the i5 or FX63xx/83xx are unlikely to feel genuinely old any time soon aside from connectivity.
