I'm sorry but activision doesn't support mods like that. If you like games that are easy to mod and have lots of content you should try source engine games like Counter Strike Source.
Here is a Star Wars skin pack for CS:S Really sorry. It's a shame that there isn't a modding community for every game. This is the best I could do. Also to install CS:S skins and any other mods for it you:
-navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter Strike: Source\cstrike
-inside of the cstrike folder you create a folder named custom
-inside of the custom folder you just created, create another folder named whatever you want (it doesn't matter what it's named)
-Unzip all your downloaded mod content into that folder and you're done!
(your folder inside the custom folder (mine is my_custom_shib) won't look exactly the same as mine. Generally if you download a mod that when you unzip it, has folders such as models, weapons, materials, particles, etc; you extract it into that 'my_custom_shib' folder you made. When installing mods and it ever asks you to overwrite files always say yes)
