here are my spec
i5 4440
gskill ripjaws 8gb 1600mhz
gigabite h97m d3h
cooler master gx II 650w

If it's a Seasonic, XFX, Antec, EVGA, or good Corsair then it will be plenty. If it's something awful like a Raidmax then it will not

Eh, yeah. It should work just fine. If it doesn't, it won't kill your new card and you'll just have to buy a better quality one.
