How do you make water loop cooler?

My loop is running at about 24-5'C on average. Is there a cost efficient way to make my loop get colder?

It's only about 22-4'C in the apartment. Keep in mind this is not necessary, it's just for fun if I can get it cooler. I've seen people use A/C units and heard of some using condensers from refrigerators, but I don't want to get that crazy if I don't have to.

Well then I guess it's the ambient temperature. As both water and air are based around the temperature in your room. It will not go below that, unless you go sub ambient

You're about 3C over ambient. You can't get it any cooler without some sort of active cooling.

Your hovering on ambient temperatures at idle, which as is good as you can get with a conventional radiator water-loop.
