How do you make water loop cooler?

It's only about 22-4'C in the apartment. Keep in mind this is not necessary, it's just for fun if I can get it cooler. I've seen people use A/C units and heard of some using condensers from refrigerators, but I don't want to get that crazy if I don't have to.

Holy crap! I'm not sure if you can do any more to this loop! Maybe your pump(s) aren't pumping enough? 6 rads is a LOT

You're about 3C over ambient. You can't get it any cooler without some sort of active cooling.

There's no problem with it, I'm just trying to see what's out there for sub-ambient temp possibilities.
