The GTX 670 is still a pretty good card. It's performance is similar to the GTX 760.
I believe BF4 is an AMD optimised game, so their GPUs perform slightly better.

Greater FPS = Better card
So if you want higher FPS, try selling your current GTX 670 and buy a new card such as the GTX 770 or R9 280x. You could also wait for the new higher end Maxwell cards from Nvidia.
