no bootable devices found

when i tried to turn on my laptop,i heard different beeping sounds from my lap and after i pressed the power button two times and now it's coming 'no bootable devices found' and 'press any key to reboot'. What should i do now??? please help me...

If it was working fine when you last shut it down and only started having issues on boot up, it's possibly a failed hard drive. Can you enter the BIOS and see if you're hard drive is being detected? If it's not you probably have a hard drive failure. Have you been hearing clicking noises from the laptop or been getting any random errors recently? Blue screens or system just locking up? Anything out of the ordinary prior to this no boot device problem?
