when i play 64 player map like shanghai or hainan resort frame drop to 30 fps
my spec i5 4440
8gb gskill ripjaws 1600mhz
gtx 670 power edition

I think you should get more frames with GTX 670. What processor do you have,becouse BF4 is heavily on processor. And if its to your CPU,than you might get your GTX 670 bottlenecked.

@HR_Luka, The i5 can't bottleneck a 670 in bf4. BF4's engine is actually fairly decently optimized and utilizes cores fairly decently. The i5 plays at roughly the same performance level as the i7 in most games currently. The newer AAA titles use extra threads slightly better, but the i5 is strong enough for a even a 780Ti. It's a very strong CPU in gaming.
