They are effectively the same as one another, just one is about a year older than the other, so I would get which ever one is cheaper really
Nvidia GeForce GTX 760.
The GTX 670 is slightly better than the 760 but not a whole alot, we're talking about a 5-10 % performance difference between those cards (depends on the types of games). I'll get the 760 if you're interesting in overclocking and or it's availability in stores which you can get for cheap than the 670.
