Give em a try, if they don't work together let me know, we can try some voltage and/or timing adjustments and might well get them to play

would i need to tweak anything on my bios
i would think not since they are almost exactly the same
is there any danger into mixing them together?

No danger, but it may well take some small tweaks, often they won't want to play and may need a small increase to the DRAM or MC (memory controller) voltage this is even true when mixing identical sets ;)

Try DDR3-1333 8-8-8-24 1.50V and let us know how it goes.
