I recently built my first PC. Here is my build.

This build has been a complete success.. Until I downloaded Battlefield 4, after about 20 minutes of playing, my computer shut off with the error message WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. So I did some research, obviously there is something wrong with my hardware.

I downloaded prime95 and that shut my computer down... But that still doesn't pinpoint what is wrong.

I downloaded memtest86, and everything was fine there.

I downloaded Furmark, and everything was fine there.

I am thinking it's an overheating issue because I downloaded Speccy so I could see the temperature of all of my parts. When I run prime95, my CPU temp rises to 95C and then shuts down. Maybe it could be the power suppy? Not sure.

I shut my computer off, and I took the CPU heat-sink off and looked at the thermal paste, all good there. I re-attached the heat-sink and made sure that it was in correctly, all good there. However I am still getting that blue screen with said error message. I asked my friends and they said that the one PC fan I have and the CPU fan should be sufficient so I am not sure what is going on.

If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all!

If you removed the heatsink, you need to clean it and the CPU and heatsink of thermal paste and re-apply.

Okay I will do that tomorrow, but my computer was shutting down before I removed the heat-sink.

First of all, remove the heatsink and re-apply thermal paste. If that doesnt work then is your hardware overclocked at all? It could also be your GPU drivers. Furthermore, is your PC adequatley cooled? To add one last thing, it can be your power supply? It may not be sufficent enough to play intense games like Battlefield 4.
