Jaw dropping news
After years of professionals waiting for decent professional cards NVIDIA has the the courage to present new Quadro line with 3 year old obsolete chips named Kx2 line.

What a massive flop......
oh dear dear what a massive disappointment......
Dumping a 670 ti in 2014 quadro cards and again an obsolete titan in Your K5000.

Mr Huang talks lies about maxwell in spring and offends its prime price clients, with more kepler in the summer.

Oh dear dear what a flop, considering that processing power in the last 30 years has been increasing at a rate of double every 13 months, You lie to shareholders and release slow and obsolete graphics year on year.

More Quadro cards NOT worth upgrading to considering that Intel is releasing gen 3 xeons in the winter and 14nm Broadwell by the time You will release Maxwell Gpus.
*(that is INTEL always perfectly in line with their roadmaps and honest and transparent to the clients and shareholders)

There is no sense in using cudas with such disgraceful performance , no value for the money, You constantly offer.

Even Your VCA which is a very good idea, You should have at least offered it at 5 thousand dollars the piece with 0x1 Irayformaya license coming with it, instead of showing off a 50k price tag.
For that price tag even a child would know how to build a gpu station running with 40 GTX 780ti connected on thundebolt , if he ever had the urgency to render a family Honda car in few minutes because if they wont then someone might buy 10 toyotas before instead.

AMD for managing polys and Intel for rendering are still a way far better, faster, energy efficient and depreciation tax return option, not to mention the added value, lifetime cycle of keeping a renderfarm that has been completely depreciated in years.
Intel chips are never old even after a decade, Your GPus are old by the time You release them in the market.

Shame on you for Your constant lies and for Your poor work.

Nobody buys from a supplier that is a liar to the press, to its customers and its shareholders.

Next time play it smart, If You just wanna sell bigger frame buffer dont reveal a line refresh just give Ur Chips to EVGA and let them do the work....You just might at least save Your face, for a little while longer.

Oh yeah I must give You the credit that at least the K5200 will finally be an affordable Tesla with hyperQ running at a k5000 price tag.
However that was to be done 1 year ago, same for the K4200, was a real disappointment to see that Your kepler quadros were not HYperQ enabled......what to say, better later than nothing?!

Yes yes!! right!! buy Quadro k5200 for 2 thousand dollars, if you still running octacores...doesnt matter what depreciation tax rate is on electronics, You can buy that now and then next summer when You will run 48 cores and 96 threads You can buy a new Maxwell Quadro ......it will kick ass for sure!

There is not much to be confused, tuesday when at Siggraph they will reveal and invite You to buy a Quadro k4200, if you ever need one , just go on ebay and look for a 670ti instead, which is basically the same thing......
Your workstation will definitely look super with a touch of vintage look in it.

I just cant wait to see how that chip will look in GTX 800 series in october too.......I will definately call My grandma to show her one...You know she is so romantic and nostalgic that it fills my heart when i watch her enjoying old memories.

Sorry OP but you really don't know what you are talking about.

WORKSTATION cards run far better than gaming cards in programs that can properly utilize them. This is common knowledge.

I'm not sure what you meant by "dumping a GTX670Ti" (whatever that is) into a Workstation card means but it sounds like you meant maybe a GTX660Ti GPU was used for a new Workstation card?

If so, you're seriously misinformed.

Its actually not uncommon for Workstation cards to have the same GPU in them as gaming cards. The difference is that these are cream of the crop chips, very highly binned so they can run in the single slot form factor at an acceptable temperature (with low power consumption). Combined with a ton of driver work, stability testing, Quality Assurance, compatibility testing, etc, etc that goes into making a professional product like that.
