You need to explain your problem better.

What VGA socket?

Why is HDMI connected to VGA?

First off, HDMI uses 19 pins, and VGA 15, so you're missing stuff already. Second: You can't go straight from VGA to HDMI or vice versa, they use different signaling protocols, so you'd need a converter between them.

I see.
The problem is that you need the spec sheet for the converter unit. I'm assuming you pulled more than one wire so things are a bit mixed up now.

You can try contacting the company or try to Google the pinout sheet though I doubt Google would help you.
