want to know what's wrong with my motherboard...?

Heyy guys, im having an gigabyte motherboard(G41MT-S2) with 2gb ddr3 ram and intel dual core processor. Now the problem is last week my os got corrupted and when i again try to instal windows7 it didn't work. Now the motherboard is not even detecting the hard disk n disk driver. Donno what to do. Please can anyone help me with this.?

Pl unplug the data and power cable from the HDD. Clean the HDD connection points for data and power cable. Connect data and power cables again. Restart your PC, hit restore BIOS defaults. Save the changed and exit. Restart your PC and check in BIOS if the mobo has picked your HDD.

1st of all,pc is not starting and beeping continuously and displays nothing...:(

Continues 30-40beeps then it shutdown.

Remove the CPU and install it again. If you are using more than one RAMs then remove them except one RAM in the slot. Try to boot.

in some motherboard continues beep coz of RAM not detected.
try with another working ram ,
is there any click sound from HDD?

Put the ram into other slot and try to boot. If it does not then try to boot from other RAM if available. Also, just to rule out, try to re-install the CPU as well.
