My PC takes long time to open... the Screen Goes on Power Save Mode
In most of the times it takes long time to Open
It rarely starts from the first time.
Can a Graphics Card get a Virus?.. I don't know
and I also think, (But I'm NOT Sure) the the performance of the Graphics Card has been too lower
than it should be
I know its a Low End and A weak integrated card (Intel G41 Express Chipset)
but when I see videos on games being played on it.... It has more performance.

(I'm thinking about replacing the graphics card soon)

Specs (Really Weak):
Intel Celeron 347, 3.06 GHz
Intel G41
2GB DDR2 RAM

So any Solution to fix the pc starting Up Issue?

The biggest fix to a slow booting PC is to defragment your hard drive and run ccleaner and clear out old unused registry files. And no there are no viruses or trojans specifically built to hide in GPUs. There are ones that are made to use them such as for bitcoin mining but I dont think this seems to be your case.

Also another big booster would be to purchase an SSD. The 840 EVO 120GB is a great deal and the samsung magician software is an invaluable asset. Plus the migration software they include makes moving the OS from the hard drive to the SSD as painless as possible.
