Im not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but here goes.
I'm on a $500 budget, and plan to build one for gaming. Most importantly is that I want this to run FIFA14 and Civilization V smoothly on atleast mid settings. I may also plunge in to the world of skyrim.
Anyway here is my proposed build:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 @3.4GHz Dual-core processor.

Motherboard: Asus H97M-E Micro ATX LGA 1150

GPU: Asus GeForce GT 620 1GB

Storage: 320GB HDD (Seagate Barracuda)RPM 7200

Memory: Kingston 4GB(1x4GB)DDR3-1600

PSU: Logisys 350W Micro ATX

I've already got a monitor, mouse, case and keyboard aswell as an os.So basically is this all compatible? Would I be able to play the listed games? And if you could improve on this, how would you go about doing it (I dont mind spending a little over the budget)
I will probably buy most of the parts locally so I might not get the exact brand and models, but I will be able to get about the same specs I will try to get the exact brand and model for the cpu as that seems important, if I cant find it ill probably order from amazon.

Sorry im new to the pc building world and I more familiar with intel. But if I were to consider both the AMD FX 8350 and the Radeon HD 7750 which motherboard would be compatible for them? m guessing it would be one with a AM3+ socket, if so,then which motherboard would be best. Im wanting one thats microATX.

The parts are compatible but they're not ideal. The GT 620 is really not worth as it performs more or less the same as the integrated graphics form the CPU. Same goes for the HDD and PSU, bad choices.

Here's a better build

I doubt you can re-use the OS. If it's an OEM disk , you can't. I can recommend another build from your local stores. do they have a website or any pricelist ?

The thing is about buying locally is I may not find alll the parts. http://www.sharafdg.com/ , http://www.emaxme.com/en and radioshack (though I believe it be a reseller ) , I will probably end up buying from amazon though I just dislike the long shipping times. I like your proposed build from amazon only the total is$456. Bu tthe important quistion is can I play those games and I hopethe video card does not bottleneck the cpu

Alright thanks man, could I go with 4gb ram instead of 8gb? will it affect my performance much? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/16elfblue/saved/nLcG3C
I mentioned before that I already have a case, but with poor ventilation. Could you maybe recommend me a case? I dont care about designs, what matters is good ventilation and preferably a MicroATX mid-tower or whichever one that will fit the components well. Thanks in adcance.

Yes, 8Gb will help. A lot of games recommend 8GB
