ask if you can run gpu-z and do a recording of the sensors. run a benchmark heaven or firestrike a couple of times check for abnormal drops in voltage/ frequency while under load. find out what temp its supposed to run at and check what max temp it hits. check for a build up of dust in the cooler, and if there is any scale or oxidization (will usually look flakey and white) on the back of the pcb stay away from it. if you decide to get it. you will have no warranty so remove the heat sink and re apply the thermal paste with a good quality one. consult a guide if needed. or ask and i can steer you in the right direction.
