problems with key board

I am having problems with my laptop key board when I type some of the letters numbes are coming up what do I do

Not sure what you mean. Do you press a key and a different letter, number or symbol appear than whats on the key? If so it may be that you region setting is off. To correct this follow this. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/86239-keyboard-layout-change.html

If the keys are coming off then depending on the keys pressing down with a little pressure will snap them back into place.
