PSU question for build

This is my build: LINK. How much wattage do I need if I overclock my CPU to 4.3GHz with a Sapphire Tri-X R9 290? Is 650W sufficient or do I need more? I don't plan on Crossfiring. Can you find a PSU better than this? LINK.

I'd say go for a good 600W and rosewill do quite good psus anyway, no need to change it really

650w would do just fine, but a 750w would be playing a bit safer. Get the Rosewill CAPSTONE-750-M http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-capstone750m
