How to monitor PC Temps from Android Device

Hi everyone, Few Months back I bought an Android Tablet but I soon got bored of it and Kept it away, I found my Tablet today and I was wondering If I can Monitor my PC Temps and Fan Speed in that Android Tablet .

Please suggest me an App which can do such thing, Controlling the Fans would be Bonus.

Please do not suggest me Core Temp Monitor Lite

You need to buy a fan controller to do that, some high end ones have a app where you can do that, but if you have a sus motherboard you can use AI suite too

So even for Monitoring the Temps I need to buy a Fan Controller ? :/ Seems like my Table is just a Waste
