Both are in my budget and have red LEDs, but I can't decide on which to get. I like the look of the enforcer and how it covers the 5.25" bays. Although I do like all of the fan options on the scout and seeing as the video card I'm getting seems to getting (Asus Radeon R9 290 4GB DirectCU II Video Card) gets rather hot based on reviews I've read it seems like the better option. So what's your guys opinions? Thanks!
