How would this pc go? Need some advice

So i was wondering how this pc i am building would go and what you think i should do? my bugdet is $800-$1200 so here goes

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Case Black with Orange

Motherboard: MSI Z87M Gaming Motherboard

Disk Drive:ASUS DRW-24D3ST 24x DVD Writer

Power Supply: Aerocool VP650 650W Power Supply

Graphics card: MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming 2GB

And the other stuff i can't remember what you call them so here you go

Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001

Avexir Blitz 1.1 Original AVD3U16000904G-2BZ1 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

Why would you buy locked CPU and Z motherboard? If I were you, I'd buy cheaper motherboard and better VGA.

Then my advice for you: get motherboard with H81/B85 chip. Then you have spare money for better VGA. If your budget allows it, I'd buy gtx 760. If not, radeon r9 270x.
