Hi all,

1) Sorry if this is covered in another post. Pls redirect if appropriate.

2) My machine:

- i5 3570k 3.4Ghz
- Asus P8B75-M
- 16GB DDR3 1333
- 180GB Intel 335 Series SSD
- Antec EA-650 EarthWatts PSU
- CM Storm Enforcer (just to indicate space)

- 320GB HDD
- Win 7 HP

- Asus HD 7770 1GB DDR5 (the component to be upgraded)

3) Budget: $200 ($AU)

4) Questions:

a) What would you recommend for the best performance within the budget?

b) Would the increase in performance be worthwhile considering what I want to spend... or do I need to spend more to see a noticeable improvement in performance?

c) Are there any cards in the answer to a) above that would stress my PSU considering how much rest of the system draws on it? I honestly don't know what demand the rest of the components are making on the PSU.

Many thanks in advance. :)

I'd try to shoot for a 760. You'll see a very noticeable increase for sure if you're coming from a 7770. And I always say if you're running a decent PSU that isn't a cheap OEM one it'll work fine. Running my 7970 on a 550W PSU and I've never heard it's fan start up so I'm sure your build could use 650W just fine. Also try pcpartpicker to organize your list better next time. Also I'm not that familiar with AUS prices.
