best budget cpu for GTX 750 1G ddr5

Hi everyone

Im sure dis topic has been discussed to death but please help

I want the most budget freindly cpu to compliment my gpu that can atleast bring out over 40fps on high settings for BF4

Im on a budget of not more than $160 wud get a fx6300 but dat wud require a new Am3+ MOBO wich de most conveniently available is above $170 ....what i have now is an asrock h66 socket 1155....im thinkin of stickin with intel pls help

Please take note that Im lookin for a cpu not a MOBO
The most budget friendly cpu u made by intel dat cud help my gpu deliver 40+fps with games such as AS Black flag, BF4, far cry 3 and so on....im actually preparing for GTA V wen it comes out hopefully before the next mellinium

Bare in mind dat my budget is $160 im not lookin to overclock but wud like to practice it in de future
My dillema is: buy a fx6300 wit a new motherboard wich will cost me $250 or just buy an i5 k series for $270+ for long run

Jst to add is the an i3 good enough to help my gpu diliver 40+fps
