The FX-8320 is slightly better than the 6350.M5A99X EVO or M5A99FX PRO mobo are great options for those FXs.
Read this: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-8320-vs-AMD-FX-6350
But if the purpose of your PC is gaming,i5 4670 or i5 4690 are the best.
I would recommend getting one of those two i5s and a AsRock H97 Killer mobo.
Note: You cant OC those 2 i5,but the K version of those two are OCable.

An AMD FX-8350 is a decent CPU, but you should get an Intel i5 and H97 or Z97 board instead.

Both the FX 6350 and FX 8320 are good budget CPU and runs many games without problems. If you were to go to the Intel side the gaming standard choice is the i5 4690K. What sort of games do you usually play?

Like stated above.... Intel would be a better option! The i7 range is nice but the i5 4690k is great for gaming and over clocking

FX-6300: $110

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

Based on the motherboard brand, it appears that you have an HP prebuilt system. To save on costs, I would suggest getting an FX-8350 CPU, AM3+ board, CM Hyper TX3 cooler, and a quality PSU. A SeaSonic 750w or higher is a solid choice. Then you can upgrade to any single GPU, including an R9-290X. But make sure that those components will fit in the case. Otherwise, you will need to upgrade the case as well. Also bear in mind that if you upgrade the board, then you will need a new Windows license.

Max settings in BF4 will be playable, but not quite at 60 fps. You'll need a better GPU for that.
