I could recommend a CPU and GPU to purchase. Dota 2 is a low requirement game so you don't need much. But a standard build would suit you fine. So maybe get an i5 4690K and a GTX 760. Any H97 motherboard will work just fine for you.

I could run Dota 2 at 1080p (and I even think on high settings) on my 10 year old computer built around single core AMD Athlon 64 2800+ (OC at 2,3 GHz).

dota 2 could run on integrated graphics, it's not demanding at all. What's your budget?

You dont need much for Dota, tell us your current pc components and how much money do you have for the upgrade. but any i5 with a decent not so expensive gpu will do the job.

I have a 7770 HD and I play dota at max. so imagine.....

My budget is from $600-$700. Well i live in a country with limited parts so i just need the right cpu and gpu combination, ill get the other parts myself. Thanks

Any i5-2xxx, 3xxx, or 4xxx would be more than enough, and you almost can't go wrong on the GPU with that budget
