just for light gaming ? then go for a I3 4330 and a H81 board to save money. performance won't be affected with a R7 260X

Thumb rule : you should never pay more for a CPU and a GPU. best is a GPU 1.5X to 2X CPU price.

I am not mainly just going to play games. Actually i just want a pc which can allow me do multitask and play Dota 2. Thats my preference. So what do u mean here by unbalanced?

So you mean my CPU and mainboard are just too good for the graphics card?

By unbalanced he means you have a 220$ CPU with a 100 $ GPU. Any I3 will allow you multitasking while playing Dota 2. But an I3 won't allow any Overclock. If you want to overclock, AMD could gives you performance you want with multitaking and overclocking for less. and I5 can be considered a high-end gaming CPU while a I7 is more of a Professional or very hard-gaming CPU

I see. So if i change my CPU to i3 4330 and a H81 board, should i also get another power supply with less power?

I have to take note of the dimension as well..cause it's a mini itx case..then how about the cooler?is it ok with i3 4330 and H81 board?

Problems with this build

1. the Z87 motherboard is a bad pair with the i5-4570, I'm sure there are cheaper Mini-ITX motherboards that you can find

2. R7 260x isn't a good pair with the i5-4570, you should spend more on GPU. i3-4130 + GTX 750ti is good, R9 270 / 280 with the i5-4590 would be a little more balanced

3. PSU is not of very high quality

You'll never go wrong with a Seasonic

4. Western Digital's hard drives have a lower failure rate

5. Why get the Dark Rock 3 if you're not overclocking ? The i5-4570 comes with a stock cooler already, but if you want something quiet, you can get the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo, and add a Noctua fan. Noctua has the quietest fans

Check out the Corsair 250D , looks better in my opinion.

How is it with this build then?

Bitfenix prodigy (Black)

Mainboard:
ASRock H81M-ITX/WiFi Intel H81 So.1150 Dual Channel DDR3 Mini-ITX

CPU:
Intel Core i3 4130 2x 3.40GHz So.1150 BOX

Grapics Card:
2048MB ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti STRIX OC GDDR5

RAM:
8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Dual Kit

Power supply:
500 Watt EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR Non-Modular

Memory:
1000GB WD Blue WD10EZEX 64MB 3.5" (8.9cm) SATA 6Gb/s
120GB Samsung 840 Evo Series 2.5" (6.4cm) SATA 6Gb/s TLC Toggle (MZ-7TE120BW)

without the dark rock 3 cooler. I will use the stock cooler from i3-4130

Asus' STRIX line of GPUs doesn't really appeal to me. They claim to be super quiet, but at a higher price. But it looks like you're just paying more for better fan controls ( PWM ).

Based on this

EVGA's small GTX 750ti seems to be the best. You don't have to get the superclcoked version as you get simply overclock the card by yourself.

Lastly, you should get a PSU of higher quality instead. It protects you from possible power failures which could destroy your whole PC, and higher end PSUs usually have better fans which are quieter.

Choose a PSU from tier 1 -2b

This?

Bitfenix prodigy (Black)

Mainboard:
ASRock H81M-ITX/WiFi Intel H81 So.1150 Dual Channel DDR3 Mini-ITX

CPU:
Intel Core i3 4130 2x 3.40GHz So.1150 BOX

Grapics Card:
2048MB EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW ACX Cooler Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16

RAM:
8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Dual Kit

Power supply:
620 Watt Seasonic M12II-620 Modular 80+ Bronze

Memory:
1000GB WD Blue WD10EZEX 64MB 3.5" (8.9cm) SATA 6Gb/s
120GB Samsung 840 Evo Series 2.5" (6.4cm) SATA 6Gb/s TLC Toggle (MZ-7TE120BW)

So is it really ok to just use the stock cooler?

The stock cooler included with the i3-4130 is totally fine. But it can be quite noisy.

Does the GTX 750ti you chose come with 2 fans ? If the single fan version is cheaper, then go with it. The GTX 750ti consumes very little power and doesn't really need a bigger cooler. But if the 2 fan cooler is cheaper, then obviously, you should go with it.

Other than that, everything looks good.

If I really think the fan is noisy then only i will buy CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo. The one I choose is with 2 fans. It's like 7 euro more expensive.. I guess that's ok. But with two fans, can it fit into my Bitfenix prodigy itx box? Do the other parts have dimension issues in fitting in the itx box?
