What are the files/ items the windows cannot repair? The last time I repaired my laptop because of plugged in, not charging, it says "diagnosing pc" and then "repairing errors" and then "windows couldn't repair errors". I reformatted it and re-installed windows but it is still plugged in not charging. I want to repair it by Uninstalling the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and shut down the pc then removing the battery and then hold the power button for 15 seconds and it says diagnosing pc and so on---this is some of the steps I made last time. Ijust want to charge my battery so that I can use my laptop im outdoor
