My 3500 thousand Dollars computer build

so i have 3500 bucks and i made 4 possible builds. this computer will be mainly used for gaming and streaming. just check them out and tell me your opinions. also if you can tweak it or even come up with a better PC build then please let me know.

and then its up to you:
build number 2 has a better cpu for multicore applications (gaming is getting there)
but has a worse gpu
as for build number 3 the cpu makes more sense for gaming but the advice with multi gpu rigs is always go with a single more powerfull gpu instead off multi gpu as there will always be problems where only 1 card will work but with 780's that not so much off an problem


In build 1 i would suggest you get 2 other fans then the stock ones with that iceberg cooler some noctua's will do
 
build 2 and 3 are the ones you should go for as build 4 makes no sense and build one is not so great.
Here is why build 4 makes no sense:
A gtx titan black is a bit worse then a gtx 780 ti and costs way more
btw replace the stock fans on that cooler with some noctua's
