I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT USB3.0 with an AMD Athlon 2 X4 635 and an ATI radeon 4850. I went to switch some fans around this morning in my pc from blowing air on my gfx card to pulling air away from it. I did that then went to turn on my pc. It turns on everything is normal till I realize I can't get into the BIOS and it won't load past the POST screen/Gigabyte Splash Screen. Crap.

Things I have tried:
Unplugging all the fans
Unplugged all the HDDs
unplug the graphics card
Cleared the CMOS.

Still doesn't work.

And that is why I am here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and if it helps I have been running with three monitors the past two days. Two monitors off of the Discrete graphics and one off of the motherboard graphics.

i tried betting it off of both the discrete and the motherboard GFX with only one monitor and it didn't work sadly.
What is "Bread Boarding" the motherboard mean?

Try running the system with only the motherboard, cpu + hs/f, and power supply. Remove the motherboard from the case, too, if you're comfortable enough with it. You're mainly just trying to see if you can hear beeps/see lights give errors for no memory (if you get errors, add the memory, and see if it'll get you to BIOS).

Also, make sure the 4 or 8-pin CPU power cable is plugged in before all that. It's near the CPU and north bridge. I'd say it's one of the more common cables to come loose and cause issues.

will definitely try that later today. Do you have any ideas as to why it might have freaked out?

Sounds like a plan.

My guess is loose connections (like the cpu power cable) or a short. If there's any excess stand-offs under the motherboard, moving the motherboard around in the slightest while reconfiguring your fan setup might have caused a short on the underside of the motherboard (which is why I recommended removing it to rid of that variable)

Solution
I agree, strip it down to bare minimum out of the box.
GB's do have this strange habit of not starting up, normally cured by removing cmos battery and the mains power for 30 mins until any charge has dissipated.
Of course, you will have to reconfigure the bIOS.
