Serious issues with Computer and windows 8.1

issues
1. google chrome not starting up on command, i already uninstalled it
2. Every time i try downloading chrome from internet explorer the download won't start
3. Every time i try downloading firefox it says the download files are corrupted
4. Skype will no longer start up because it says that i'm already signed in which is a lie
5. When i start up microsoft office it shows an error message and when i try saving docs onto my computer it says the docs are corrupted.
6.when i try reinstalling windows 8.1 it gives me another error message
I would format my disks but i dont have my mobo drivers on a disk (I lost the disk)
specs:
cpu: i5 4670k
gpu;gtx 760 SC 2gb
ram: 16gb 1600mhz
hdd; 1tb
ssd; kingston 128gb
Motherboard; asus z87-a
all my games and steam are working but the rest of my applications are messed up

It sounds like you got a virus. Use another computer to download a virus scanner and run it on your PC.

If you want to reformat and start over, you shouldn't need motherboard drivers to install Windows 7 or 8. You can usually install the OS then install specialized drivers (downloaded from the manufacturers) after the OS is running.
