Is i7 4770s meant for gaming

I went on to best buy and found a pc i would want to use to play games on like BF4 and Titanfall. Is a i7 4770s meant for gaming? I know a i7 4770k is meant for gaming but i can't find a pc that is a 4770k and a gtx 700 series card. And i probably can't build one, I wouldn't trust myself.

The k just means it has unlocked cores, meaning you can overclock. the s is same performance as the K without Overclock.

"s" have slower based clock compare to "K" or regular 4770

Yes, the K is 3.5 vs 3.1 but its trivial in the grand scheme of things. If you plan on OC then go with the K. You can get WAY more for your money with the K if you do plan on OC in the future.
