Good day everyone. I would just like to ask for help on my system because it randomly freezes whenever I normally boot and whenever I use the safe mode it doesn't freeze.
This hasn't been my problem until my house had been through power surges because of the typhoon. I tried changing my motherboard, I did memory diagnostics for the RAM, I tried unplugging my video card, I also already check my HDD with S.M.A.R.T. and checked the CPU temp and it was all fine.

I have been using my PC for about 2 years but ever since the recent surges in the power. It just freezes on normal boot up.
