Samsung Touch Sensor Monitor

I inherited a 24 inch Samsung monitor. It does not have a power button on the front or hidden underneath by the power cord. I remember watching the person turn it on and all they did was run their finger over the bottom right corner. However, when I try it, it does not work. I know the monitor has power because when I plug it in, there is a red light in the lower right hand corner. I think that's the place I am supposed to touch to turn it on, but I am obviously not doing something correctly. Any ideas?

Try to wipe all over the edges of the monitor. If it is touch, it should activate somewhere. My uncle has a Samsung monitor whre touch control gets mixed up, like volume up is power on, or something like that.
