So many parts for new build need help

Hello i need help for the best possible build. I have the following components:
Crosshair Formula-V
Gigabyte ga-890fxa-ud5
Asus Gryphon Z87
Amd radeon hd 5870 2 times
HIS Radeon HD 7870 IceQ GHz Edition
16GB 2133 Mhz kingston hyper beast 2 modules together
8GB 1333 Mhz corsair xms3 2 modules together
Amd phenom ii x6 1055t
Amd fx 6100
Intelcore i7 920
Atx 650 watt lc power green
Some 750 watt power supply
Ssd with windows 7 x64
Ssd with windows 8.1 x64
Most of these parts are gifts from friends, i try to build 1 gaming pc and possibly 1 smaller pc for my my sister where she usually plays mmorpg's
 
Solution
You're not going to get very far with either CPU these days since most games will require P55 / Z77 or better. The 7870 is still a good card, and both of the PSUs you have are most likely junk. You will definitely need something better. For motherboard you should be using that Asus Z87.

sell the 5870's to bitcoin/miners as they are likely worth more to sell that way than to use in a new PC (sell 5870's, get $, buy a XXXX, get better GPU performance than the 2x5870's and still have $ left).

The three CPU's there are not bad, based on the best CPU hierarchy charts they are 3-4th tier. To me that means they are a little older and won't keep up with the top pats, but you already have them so they are more than good enough.

Pesonally I'd use the i7-920 and the 7870 together as they are the more powerful pairing, then either the FX 6100 or the 1055T into the second PC (FX for gaming, the 1055T if more heavy CPU workloads are expected).
